Sarah Olley – Script Consultant and Development Producer

orking in film development now for the past 7 years, Sarah, has been a feature consultant for Warner Brothers UK for four years, advising on scripts from several world class writers, and has developed and script edited two complete series of children’s drama The Secret of Eel Island for Channel Five. With a background as a filmmaker, she also provided on set script supervision for both series, working alongside head writer and director, Frank Prendergast.
Sarah is one of the first in the UK to gain a diploma in professional Film Script Development with the National Film and TV School and Script Factory and currently runs a networking group for developers known as The Development Pool. She also works with indie Eye Film and TV as Drama Development Producer, developing a small slate and playing a leading creative role in the development of an interactive, online black comedy series. In addition Sarah works independently with a number of writers, and consults for BBC Films.
